My son Christopher is 8 years old and is a student at Phoenix Mixed Martial Arts LD program. He has been at the school a short time, but has gained many skills not only in self defense but has gained life skills - "friendship", "bullying" and "being different".
The group that my son is in have bonded well, calling each other "friends". Every week my son can't wait to get to his Kung Fu Class.
The teacher Si-hing Justin is an excellent instructor, he brings out the best in my son, as well with the other children. The children have learned respect and discipline. The class is well structured as well as fun.
I unconditionally recommend the Phoenix Mixed Martial Art LD program.
